I HAVE A BUSINESS INCOME WHICH IS LESS THAN BASIC EXEMPITION, AND A OWN A CAR

IS IT NECESSARY TO FILE ITR RETUN

 

Is it Mandatory for all PAN card holders to file their income tax returns from A.Y. 2013-14 onwards??

You are not required to file return.

If your income "before claiming any deduction from gross total income" is less than basic exemption then u no need to file ITR
