Hi Sarvan, if you miss your return of A.y 09-10, and still you want to file then it is still possible but you need to consult with c.a at this position, everything is possible, if you have a good c.a, thanks and regards suraj pahuja.
Hi Suraj, As per income tax act, it is not possible to file ITR now. But if he will consult to a "GOOD CA", it is possible only if ITR is submitted in back date.
yup the last date was 31/03/2011...back dating is not a very good option..
efiling generated return ... its not possible backdated...
pls tell me there is some option... or not....
