Hi,

Was going through the comments you have posted in caclubindia, and think you will be the right person, who can help me with my query

My query is that for AY 13-14, I have got incomes

1) I am a partner in a partnership firm, and have remuneration and interest income

2) I do share trading, mainly intraday and in FnO segment, and have a overall loss in these transactions.

Can you please suggest, which ITR, I need to file?

ITR - 4

(As trading in shares for a short term i.e. by intraday trading or trading in F&O, is taxable under the head Income from Business or Profession.)
