ITR PENDING FOR WANT OF CORRECTNESS
Saif kindly let me know whether the person who got his return processed, has he earlier got the same response through grievance
Yes she received same response that claim was due for verification and all ... Here refund was around 32k...
What was your refund amount Saif? When did she received her processing date, I mean the date of processing
In order 20th march but mail received on 23rd early morning... refund amount Rs 32k
I think call centres closed now... I have raised e nivaran 4 days back but no response... They have made an update on site that plz raise e nivaran and they will promptly respond but of no use...
Thank you saif, my friend also got the process done on 20 March and he got refund today
His case also saying that they are verifying claims

@ sheena right now we don't have any option except to wait... Looking as of the case of my colleague her return and deductions was as same as mine so fingers crossed and just wait and be positive
My status was same and it was processed on 21st March. Hope to get the amount by this week.
