Yes she received same response that claim was due for verification and all ... Here refund was around 32k...

In order 20th march but mail received on 23rd early morning... refund amount Rs 32k

I think call centres closed now... I have raised e nivaran 4 days back but no response... They have made an update on site that plz raise e nivaran and they will promptly respond but of no use...

@ sheena right now we don't have any option except to wait... Looking as of the case of my colleague her return and deductions was as same as mine so fingers crossed and just wait and be positive
