ITR PENDING FOR WANT OF CORRECTNESS
Refund late is also ok but they are not even processing it, they keep saying they want to verify the claims by doing nothing
Govt spent all the taxpayers hard earned money on buying MP's and doing publicity stunt.. now they are cash strapped..
And I think this is the reason they are delaying processing of return
The CPC is not working, enirvana stopped long back, the last batch of Clearances was happened in 20 and 21 March and then there are no processing of returns
You got any authentic news against the above update @ sheena?
I have got 3 friends whose returns are processed on 21 March saif
One friend also got his return processed on 20 March itself
Don't know when we will b getting this intimation order
You will receive further communication from Income Tax Department seeking responses to specific claims made by you in your ITR which require further verification.Please do respond with the information sought, at the earliest, as refund will be generated only once processing of ITR is completed.
That’s what we are hearing from October 2019, agreed that they want some documents and how do they verify it if they don’t send us the mail
I think this government of illiterates is using funds which was supposed to be refunded to us some where else and that's the reason behind delay.
@ prince Grover...this copy paste e nivaran is causing headaches for us now.... Without seeing the full queries which we are raising they are just doing copy paste to all the cases who's refunds are due
This whole department have gone in hands of sh*tty ministers who don't know basic ABCD of taxation
