Itr not filed for 5yrs by pvt ltd firm

Hi,

I wanted to know that what would happen if a pvt ltd company not file ITR 5yrs in a row...Company is still Active in MCA .company has also not good turn over in last 5yrs.

1- Can company file ITR of last 5yr ?

2- Can company be closed by MCA?

3-Can company apply for PF ESI code?

please help me asap.

What action can be taken against CA ,if CA is not doing it from last 5yr and giving excuses to MD of company.
