ITR general query

Suppose I file ITR this year (below limit income, just to declare gift), am I mandatorily required to file ITR every year from now?

No, that's not required unless you have incomes above 2.5 lac p.a.

also, for interest income and gift, ITR 1 is to be filed or any other ITR?
No, ITR1 is good for both incomes. Mention them in incomes from other sources
the gift is fully exempted.. it's received from relative.. so do I show in Other Source or Exempted Income column ?

PLEASE NOTE 😊 CBDT has further extended the due date of filing ITR till 5th September.
That's for Kerala state .
It's for all state.. For kerla it's 15th September
It's good then. Yesterday the site was not working properly.
The tax officials had earlier extended the deadline to file income tax returns to the midnight of August 31. May be someone not able to file yesterday they getting relief
