Non maintain Account and I fill
Last 4 Coloums of Balence sheet and P&L.
so Is Return wrong and can we Received notice for this

If your business (code) is eligible for presumptive assessment; there should not be any issue.
when you are showing presumptive income, then you should file itr 4
but you had filled itr 3 without filing balance sheet and profit and loss account. according to this, your return will be defective.

You are not maintaining your account so you should shown your business income under the presumptive Basis but you file ITR 3 as a normal business income as well you fill balance sheet also in improper manner.
As per my knowledge scrutiny notice generally come when departments software finds any suspicious BALANCE SHEET & P/L details.
Now either you revise your Filed ROI or wait for email and will do make new ROI under notice 143(3) and make clarifications to AO.
