ITR form issue
I had agricultural Income of Rs.10lakhs in A.Y. 2012-13 which I invested Shares.In same AY. i file return in ITR4 .Nw notice came U/s 148 then i filed return in ITR1 by increasing income..Nw A.O demanding docs..hw should I deal with same

Your case has been selected under scrutiny. So, AO will has to verify your books with supporting documents for justification of your claim. Better consult a tax consultant in your area to pursue the matter and safeguard your interest.
