Hello respected members,
If a person who has income from business or profession (sec 44ada) is below the minimum taxable limit of 4 lakh (fy25-26), but still wants to file nil return , which itr form is appropriate?
The problem is while filing itr 4 under presemtive taxation if the 50 % amount is below minimum taxable limit the software dosent allow us to proceed forward.
Please help

You can file ITR 4 or ITR 3 ....

No ITR Forms are yet available for FY2025-26 [ AY2026-27].
Sorty, typo error
For 24 25 financial year .minimum is 2.5 lakh
If the 50 %amount comes to below this the software doesn't accept it,
E.g total receipts in profession(44ada) is 490000 , so 50% of this is 245000 , thats the case
Please tell what to di in such case
