if a salaried individual has apart from salary income also has business income then which itr is to be filed.

Its will be ITR4, both can go here depending on nature of business
You may file ITR-4.
You can use itr4 or itr4s depending upon your business. If you claim presumptive business income then you can file itr 4s else you can file itr4
