Why don't you registered as RAJ TRADERS in Income tax portal also

Name As Per Pan : RAJ
We don't have PAN in RAJ TRADERS

I that's why it is not showing ITR 3

We can file ITR 3 only through offline. we cannot file it as we file ITR 1 and 4 in portal. Please prepare return in offline utility.

Thank u so much Sourav Ji, Magham Ji & Nidhi Ji. Further, one more clarification:
Annual Business Turnover is 25 Lakhs only. We are maintaining books of Accounts. So, we don't need Auditor's Report for Filing ITR 3? since the turnover value is just 25L.
Kindly advise.

Even if you maintain books of accounts and TO level is 25 Lakhs , if you are not offering minimum of 8% (6%, if transactions are done thr' banking channel.) of the TO as income under 44AD (for business), you have to get an Audit report u/s. 44AB as required under the provisions of Sec.44AD(5)
