Can i File ITR 1 in case Equity holding but no transaction is whole year of buying and selling and last year filed ITR 2 for same assesses , Please clear

Yes you can do it
I think you need to show profit or loss on equity by doing your investment M2M and file ITR 2

I can show but this year i have not done any Buying and Selling and also will not do by 31.3.2020.
If other criteria of ITR-1 fulfill and there is no capital gain you can go for ITR -1.
