I have filled ITR FOR YEAR 2017_18 CAN I FILL ITR FOR 2016_17

For FY 2016-17 Yes
For AY 2016-17 Yes

Yes, You can file Income Tax returns for FY 2016-17(AY 2017-18) and FY 2015-16(AY 2016-17) with in 31/03/2017
