A LIC agent having commision income Rs.1,20,000/- for which LIC has deducted TDS Rs. 12,000/- U/S 194D. He has no other income. Which ITR will he file ITR-2 or ITR-4. There is a confusion between ITR-2 & ITR-4. In the previous years, it was seen that ITR-2 had been filed and the same has been processed by Income Tax Department for LIC commision income. If he has to file ITR-4 in which part in ITR he will fill up in case of he has not maintained books of accounts.  Please clarify.

Thnaks in advance
