ITR 3 SHOULD BE FILLED FOR COMMISSION INCOME
If u wish to claim expenses use ITR 3
Otherwise use ITR 1
what if use ITR 4 for such commissions income under section 44AD ... is it correct or not
Wrong Choice ITR 4
Itr 3 can use no books of account case also in case of commission income
44ad is not applicable for commission income
You can fill in ITR 3 with p&l and balance sheet
