Dear Experts,
Can a production manager working in the cinema industry file ITR u/s44ADA ,income is below50 lakhs only??
because the definition of artist includes writer, music ,lyricist etc.

If he is working for salary ie if employer and employee realation exists then it won't come under 44ada.... but if he production manager by his profession ie by exercising his skill and delegence with no salary element in it, then he can avail 44ada
