Itr for capital gains and presumptive income

I have filed ITR-3 and filled details of no account case with capital gain income for AY 17-18 but I received notice for defective return with error code 311 (311= No account case should be entered in the corrected return without which the return filed earlier is liable to be treated as invalid).

Guide what to do?

Does ITD has no return for presumptive income and capital gain?

You can disagree with this error if you file return correctly
You should fill the details of schedule P&L where no books of accounts are maintained and profit goes to schedule BP and fill entire profit in the column of section 44 AD. And fill complete details of capital gain in schedule CG.
Are you filling return like this.
If yes then disagree the error and give reason
If no then upload X M L correctly
You can file response u/s 139 online through e-filing
