ITR for A.Y 16-17
One of my client need to file income tax return for A.Y. 16-17. Can I file under sec 119(2)(b), if yes what's the procedure?

Whether any refund receivable or loss to be carried forwarded in the year?
If yes, file condonation request with your jurisdictional CIT for delay in filling the ITR.
If approved, you can file ITR online.

Condonation request is to be applied offline.
When request approved by ITD, the return can be filed online.
