It is advisible to file ITR - 1 to get refund by disclosing the commission under 'Income from Other Sources ' as it is one time transaction during the particular financial year.

wait 1 min.

in Rs 2000/- how did he survived for the whole year?( actually 2000 minus 200 tds= 1800) when ito will ask the query that how one can maintain himself @ 150 pm?

so before filing, calculate your other source of incomes also then proceed for filing the return and claim the refund right way .

It ws one time transaction as rightly said by  Subhash Sir.. Kind of Part time thr is nthing like surviving on that 1800 only..

yes its one time transaction, but is it all income of the assesee? is there nothing like bank interest , other income etc?

ITR is not filed for only one time income, but it consolidates all incomes of the assessee for the specific year. :)
