1) i had filed ITR 1 under 139(1) on 13/7/2021
2) But portal showing 1TR 1 under sec 139(5) and processed as per 139(5) on 17/5/2022
3) the amounts in both itr vary a lot
4) ITR under 139(1) shows date of filing as 14/7/2021 and ITR filing under 139(5) shows date as 13/7/2021
5) after filing ITR 1 i was not able to download reciept and form due to technical issues portal was facing in July 2021
6) due to above my refund amount is stuck as itr 1 under 139(5) is processed showing no demand no refund
7) I have posted this issue to grivence department on portal
8) till date there is no response even after 20 days of grivence
please advise me on said
