Thank you so much Mr. Mehul. Is it possible to file for FY 2012-13?

Thank you so much Mr. Mehul and Mr. Ankit.

No You will not able to file Income Tax Return for FY 2012-13. you can show the Total income below the taxable income

If there has been any TDS during PY 2012-13 and assessee could not file return due to genuine reasons, he can still file ITR be applying for condonation of delay with jurisdictional CIT. Refer to Circular No. 9 dated 09.06.2015 issued by CBDT.

Thank you Mr. Ankit
