You have to appoint any CA or responsible accounts person, who can timely remind you about all things to avoid late fees & penalty.
Are you registered in GST also or your query is only about IT Department.

There are many statutory compliances under Companies Act which you have to do in time . For every non-compliance , there is late fee , penalty.
Also ITR return is mandatory. Take help of a professional.
