Hi Shraddha,
It is sure that the department will not grant any further relaxation to the income tax returns due date. Last day, the Government has extended the due date for assessees in Kerala following the State witnessed the worst natural disaster in almost a century.

According to an advisory issued by the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT), a delay in filing return would result in payment of late fees. For returns filed between 1st September to 31st December 2018, a late fee of Rs. 5000/-. Similarly, Rs. 10,000/- is payable for the return filed after 31โ€™December 2018 (Rs. 1,000/- for persons having income up to Rs. 5 lakhs).

There will not be any extension of date and the penalty will be Rs. 1,000 if taxable income is less than Rs. 5,00,000.
taxability arise even if no tax to be paid ??
Filing your ITR on time does make you feel responsible and good about yourself, but the benefits donโ€™t end there. Filing your ITR on time can benefit you in more ways:
Effective from the financial year 2017-18 a late filing fee will be applicable for filing your returns after the due date i.e. 31st August 2018. The maximum penalty which can be charged is Rs. 10,000. If you file your ITR after the due date (31st Augist 2018) but before 31st December 2018, a penalty of Rs 5,000 will be levied. For returns filed later than 31st December 2018, the penalty levied will be increased to Rs 10,000. There is a relief given to small taxpayers โ€“ the IT department has stated that if the total income does not exceed Rs 5 lakh, the maximum penalty levied for delay will be Rs 1,000.

in one month, there is 31 days, and today means 31-08-2018 is also including in that 31 days, but portal not work in case of forget password or new registration, that means department not give full one month time.

Why you are waiting for last day when it's already 1 month extension
taxability arise even if no tax to be paid ??

yes, if you are required to file ITR then 234f will be applicable
PLEASE NOTE ๐Ÿ˜Š CBDT has further extended the due date of filing ITR till 5th September.
