Can we file the ITR2 for AY 2016-17 and FY 2015-16 on current date

Not u/s. 139......
But in case of refund due or loss to be carried forward, after condonation request, you are allowed to file u/s. 119(2)(b)......
if you have any refund due, file condonation petition and on sanction of condonation, you can file ITR
no i have no loss or refund due
then you can't file
