Hi Sandeep,
Jurisdiction of AO is determined u/s 124 i.e. where business/profession is carried on or where the place of residence is. So he has to make an application to previous AO for transfer of jurisdiction and file return to the new AO. If previous AO raise demand then he can object within 1 month from the date of service of notice or before completion of assessment.
