Is it compulsory for all unlisted companies to give details in schedule SH1 and AL1 of ITR 6 ?

In ITR 6 for unlisted companies --
SH-1 is compulsory ( not applicable to section 8 of Companies Act 2013 )
AL-1 is mandatory (however if no assets/liabilities as specified under the Schedule then not required)
