I want to enquire whether in the P&L part of the form do I need to fill the CGST IGST & SGST details collected as well as paid in case of an LLP

You just need to ho Net of collected and paid either under current asset or current liability

Yes... Agreed to Ms. Ruchika Somani's view...

Taxes are under Liability / Asset heads. It's not under PandL account even it's can't be expenditure...

I accept your views but I request you to please once see the form ITR-5 for A.Y 2018-19 you will see there is separate column for CGST/SGST/IGST under both expenditure and Income column.

Yes... Composition Dealer Can Use this column...
