Itr-4 with section 44ada with profession as 'others' for it services as freelancer

Hi All,

I am working as a Freelance software consultant delivering complete IT solutions (including code, test, beta testing and delivery) to a client in USA through a firm in India from the last one year. It means I work for a client based out of USA but get paid by the firm registered in India.

Do I need to submit my ITR with ITR-4 under section 44ADA With Code for 'Other professional services'.

Please suggest.
