while efiling the details of TDS form 16 a has to be filled up in the schedule TD2.
In cases where there are many entries of form 16a issued by different deductors how to enter the details?
If the same deductor has issued many forms 16A should all forms be entered individually?
yes, the detail of all form 16A is required to be filled in ITR, though it is not necessary to specify each entry of the certificate, but the total of each certificated with deductors details is required to be filled.
yes every entry has to entered individually with the specific date in the FORM16....
Now you can save yourself a lot off time if u work out with the help of 26 AS .... Copy those entries from 26AS into a word format ...then copy them into an excel format..then make chages in the backgrnd color and borders and font size according to the ITR 4 format....then copy the coloms individualy and paste them in ITR 4....
sounds tiring and complicated but is very simple and time saving....
Yes u need to enter the individual entries, for addittional Rows there is a TAB to insert more rows, also the format requires the date of payment/credit, which itself means that the data required is entry wise.
