You Sholud Show income under Sec 44ADA

Balance sheet is not required if return filed under 44ADA using ITR-4. But you can fill known Financial details like Cash, Bank Balances, Closing Stock (if valued as at year end) and Sundry Debtors & creditors as at year end if available. Otherwise fill zero in respective columns in order to avoid a notice of defective return u/s 139(9).
