I fill Up ITR -4 AY 18-19 Iam Retainers services what is business code of this retainers services & I show GROSS RECEIPTS RS.180000 AND PROFIT RS. 117000.

IS IT REQUIRED TO FILL UP BALANCE SHEET FIGURE . because I have not maintain books of account .

So how to fill up balance sheet figure ?

Please provide guidelines about this .

You Sholud Show income under Sec 44ADA

Balance sheet is not required if return filed under 44ADA using ITR-4. But you can fill known Financial details like Cash, Bank Balances, Closing Stock (if valued as at year end) and Sundry Debtors & creditors as at year end if available. Otherwise fill zero in respective columns in order to avoid a notice of defective return u/s 139(9).
