Sir, I am filing ITR 4 under transport 44AE and I have entered cash in hand in balanced sheet, then the caption is showing YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO FILE ITR 4 BECAUSE YOU HAVE ENTERED DATA FIELD OTHER THEN THOSE REQUIRED TO BE ENTERED IN ITR.
so I am unable to understand what I do. plz help me

No need to maintain books, and hence no need to fill any details of Balance sheet, whenever you are filling under Sec. 44AE (or even u/s. 44AD/44ADA)... Only provide some mandatory details wherever its being asked.
sir when I delete the balance sheet figure the the caption shows THERE MAY BE NOICE U/S 139(9) IF BALANCE SHEET FIGURE IS NOT MENTIONED

Gift from both are exempt.... hence under D21 (exempt income. ...) ... on page 'Taxes Paid and Verification' of ITR4.......... "add raw" under 'Others'

That is just warning for ..... if you are missing something........ (a routine stuff).
