itr 3 xml utility error

in part a general module,
some mandatory fields are not open and asking for protection password

I downloaded it from e-filing downloads tab
can anyone help me in this issue?

115H. Whether Director Yes No - can't fill as they are wrongly protected cells
Also line for condition of residential status is missing
If one sees download size of zip file it's only 77 mb which quite less than shown in the e-filing site
