Having income from business and profession. In AY 2016-17 filed ITR 4 and in AY 2017-18 ITR 3 please suggest ITR 4 can be filed for AY2017-18

If your query is for AY 2018-19 ............ yes, it can be filed (as the amendment is effective from AY 2017-18)

Yes, presumptive assessment can be opted for eligible business/profession for AY 2018-19....
