I have income form as commission from private company ,from my commission company deduct the tax u/s 194H,then

I Agree with CA Subhash Dangi, Shreyansh in your case ITR- IV is applicable because u have a income from business or profession.

If commission is received one or few times (Not regular) from other sources, ITR -1 is to be filed.
If U have filed return thro E-filing with all required bank particulars, refund will be processed immediately (say 6 months to 1 year)
if it is manually filed with latest communication address and bank details, it will take more time to process for assessment and refund.

Check the status of E-retutn by logging in incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in
My Acccount = E-filing processing status
Wait for some more time.
