when i paid income tax for 2018_2018 i paid tax for incone not received.i received the arrear salary in financial year 2019_2020. how should i file itr?

You can get relief under section 89 by filing Form 10E online before ITR filing due date.
And then prepare ITR as usual with a claim of relief under 89.
