Pl advise correct ITR form ( I or II) for salary person having 1 house property income and no other income.
Rule 12 confusing
ITR Form 1 - for salary income OR Income from House property (1 house) OR income from other sources
Other than above, form II
Form I says OR , OR and not salary income and 1 HP income and income from other sources.
ITR FORM 1 is filed i.e INCOME FROM SALARY AND INCOME FROM OTHER SOURCES (interest income), if INCOME FROM HOUSE PROPETY is there then filed the ITR FORM 2.
for income received from house property itr 2 is to be filed
