Could any body plz guide me on one issue of mine.
Till AY 2010-11 an assessee had to file ITR 2 if he had any income from two employers in the PY 2009-10.
But i am not sure which ITR needs to filed if an assessee has income from two employes in the PY 2010-11.

You can file ITR 1 - i.e. Sahaj now for A.Y. 2011-2012. Irrespective of number of employees.
ITR-1 BE USED IRRESPECTIVE OF NUMBER OF EMPLOYERS,
DETAILS OF EMPLOYER WITH HIGHEST SALARY TO BE FILLED IN THE ITR-1
