ITR ??????

For the A.Y 2009-10 ,made a ITR -4 ,as having income from profeesional service but in the previous yr 2009-10 i had income from professional fees only for three month from April 09 to june 09 and thereafter earned income from salaries for the remaning part of previous yr . Would u please suggest now for the A.y 2010-11 in which ITR Form i should file Reture Reply as soon as possible Thanks

Dear Davinder,

You need to file your return in ITR 4

dear friend

if in the whole year there is salary income then u can file itr-1 but in this case u need to file itr-4.

ITR -4, because you are having income from profession for 3 months,

in case if you are having income from profession for 1 month than you need to file ITR-4

Dear Friend,

As your Return income is having Income from Business or Profession, as per income tax Act, you need to file ITR 4 only, even if you have most of your income from Salaries.
