i bought an immovable property and wish to pay tds online. Which form to be selected i.e. itns 280 for corporates n non corporates OR itns 281 for individual?
Payment is being made through citibank online payment portal.

i think u should fill form 26QB

only if u r property valued more than 50 lacs
if yes fill 281

There is a separate form to be filled for TDS on immoveable property. Form 26QB.
