Can any one detail the procedure of accounting/auditing for a ITES comany (there are so many companies/firms in India doing business as back office/offshore offices for accounting services of US based staffing/temping companies)
We are into back office of our a staffing company in US. All the accounting job is getting done in our indian office (AR, AP, Checks, BRS,Payroll etc.). We want to install an internal audit procedure for our company to streamline the system in this recession time.
