CBIC extends time limit for furnishing declaration in FORM GST ITC-04, in respect of goods dispatched to a job worker or received from a job worker, during the period from July, 2017 to June, 2019 till the 31st day of August, 2019 videNotification No. 32/2019 – CT Dated 28/6/ 2019.

For July to Sept it's 25/10/2019
For Oct to Dec it's 25/1/2020

sir council had notified that ITC 04 IS WAIVED OFF FOR F.Y17-18 & 18-19

FROM 19-20 ITC 04 HAS TO BE FILED AS COMPULSORY

Any penalty for late filing of itc04

yes , its 200/- per day for both the act or 10000/- whichever is maximum.

it is not waive off for those taxpayer who has sent the goods for job work but not reced bcak the same till june-2019
