we pay Reverse charge 5% of freight from unregister transpoter...
but can we claim itc on freight if transpoter is register under gst...

sir agae trasnooter Urd hai to hum RCM pay krthe hai or uska credit v sath me le lete hai. par agar transpoter register ho to kya hume Rcm ki jroort hai ya phir hum uske Bill k hisab se hi ITC le sakte hai

Service receiver can always avail ITC on GST paid under RCM.
