ITC reverse in Eligible ITC point-4

I have taken itc of purchase twice in April, 2018 and the extra itc reverse in July, 2018 through GSTR-3B (eligible ITC point-4 as ITC REVERSE- OTHERS) without payment of any GST. is it correct or not. If I was wrong please tell me the correct procedure to rectify the same.
