Dear frds/ experts,
In case, if a Pvt Ltd company has filed GSTR 3B, where the outward service is zero but if there is a ITC claim, then how could they get its refund. Plz kindly advice.
( Note: Since that company is going to close it's business, hereafter there will be no outward services)

You can't claim refund of ITC.
