dear expert
we are plant production nursery (sapling). under GST fresh plant exempted from the tax but we consuming materials which is taxable goods i.e fertilizer, pesticide,insecticide etc.
can we claim as ITC refund under the GST or claim setoff in other services such as consultancy.
