ITC pertaining to stay at a Hotel
Hotels charge CGST/SGST .A registered entity cannot avail ITC on expenditure done at a Hotel in another State.Is this correct ?

yes if it is inter state
as the charge cgst + sgst(mumbai to mumbai) and you have to book igst 9delhi to mumbai)
