itc on work contract under govt work
sir govt contractor doing work of pwd department and department charged 2% tax on bill can we claim this input tax credit.if yes then how to claim in GST return because in gstr2a no bills is seen by the department site.so how to deal this

you have to accept the tds credit received and file ur tds return then only it will be reflected in ur electronic cash ledger n you can claim it..
