How can URD collect tax...
it is not covered under rcm if You paid rcm then you can claim itc

Not possible to claim ITC purchased from Unregistered dealer.
When unregistered dealer does not have gst registration, then how can he charge gst

An Unregistered Dealer cannot collect GST from it's customers. Then how can you claim ITC for the same ???
