We have purchased a tempo for the delivery of goods to our clients instead of paying transportation charges to a GTA.
Can we avail of ITC on the tax paid on tempo purchase?

Yes.. this is an exception to Section 17(5) Blocked credits. Hence can be availed as ITC.
